• In Live Betting, marbel bet may close any market at any time.

• If a match is cancelled, the bet stake will be refunded.
• Marbel bet's decision is final regarding any bets placed during a system error.

Odds changes — the odds in effect at the time your bet is placed will apply. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your existing bets.

Marbel bet is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using arbitrage betting to meet bonus requirements.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Manipulating the system through fraud or cheating.
• Accessing another user's account.
• Using betting bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

Marbel bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If account verification fails.
• Extended inactivity for 12 months.
• When a member requests to close their own account.
• If self-exclusion is applied under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining verified balance will be refunded upon closure.
